Equipment Rebuilding!

Plemons Machinery has an extensive list of parts and services to support our equipment, as well as others. Here are some of the services we offer: 

• Complete rebuilding of our style of adhesive systems. This includes glue pots and pumps. We offer this service at very reasonable rates compared to new.
• Complete rebuilding of your machinery. On a complete rebuild we supply a "New Machine" warranty.
• We can update, repair, or reconfigure your tray or bliss former for new box styles or attachments. (We can do this in-house as well as in the field).
• If you are contemplating a new box design, we will be glad to assist you and your corrugated supplier in designing the box to "machine" easier.

We also service, rebuild, retrofit, and sell parts for most SWF® tray and bliss machines.

Our Service Rates: (the lowest in the industry)

• Installation & Training (regular hours)-------------------------------------------$ 60.00 Per Hr.
• Service Call Labor (regular hours)-------------------------------------------------$ 75.00 Per Hr.
• Service Call Labor (overtime hours) ---------------------------------------------$ 112.50 Per Hr.
• Shop Labor Rate (regular hours) --------------------------------------------------$ 75.00 Per Hr.
• Shop Labor Rate (overtime hours) -----------------------------------------------$ 112.50 Per Hr.

Our Service Technicians are the same people who have built and probably installed the equipment that they service. We do not have anyone from outside our assembly plant service your machines. Our philosophy behind this is, who better knows the equipment than the person who built it? We do not have a person that's trained in sales trying to double as a mechanic.

To further enhance our service capabilities we are available to our customers 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This is possible due to our commitment to keeping abreast of all the technical changes in communications and computer development. Our key people, including the President of the Corporation, have computers in their homes that are linked to main file server, as well as cellular phones for instant communications anywhere, anytime. To reach someone at Plemons all you have to do is pick up the telephone and call. You will be put in touch with someone who can assist you no matter what time or what day it is.
