Our test gears have been operating for 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, for the last 6 months and they look the same today as they did after 6 months, the same as the first day! We like it so much, we have been looking for more places to implement Nylon 66 into our machinery. We have developed Nylon 66 gears for our vacuum feed and are going to incorporate Nylon 66 bushings into our scissor section linkage too! More info to follow soon!
