We have had World Wide Service ever since we’ve been in business. You call us, you will talk to a person immediately, any hour of the day, night, weekend, or holiday. We will send a serviceman to anywhere in the world to repair your equipment if needed. That’s a standard procedure for us. However, our main goal at Plemons is to manufacture machinery with such high quality that it only requires you to uncrate it, plug it in, and start making boxes. We would rather you never require a serviceman. With our machine manuals online and everyone at Plemons committed to customer service, it’s easy for us to handle over 90% of our service calls over the phone.

The Company was established in 1986 to service the needs of the Agricultural Industry in the Central Valley. Since that time it has grown steadily and now provides machinery to all Industries that have a need for packaging machinery. William E. Plemons is the President and CEO. He has over 30 years of experience in designing and building these reliable Tray and Bliss box forming machines. His innovations have been incorporated into the original machine design and have produced a totally mechanical machine ready for use anywhere in the world.
